The Best Of the Best! Sylvian honestly is the best at what he does. I moved to Portland from NYC and I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to find a tailor that knew what they were doing, and before I met Sylvian it looked like that was the case. He was recomended to me by a close friend, and I can honestly say that he’s the best tailor I’ve ever encountered. I’ve told everyone I know about him. If you care about your clothes, and you take pride in how you look, don’t waste your time anywhere else!
